Carnival: How it can improve lives
Florida, America
To raise money for poor citizens of Brazil living in a favela (a poor place), during Carnival (similar to mardi gras) campaigns should be started to raise money for the people of favela. Tourists in cities like Rio de Janeiro would be given incentive to give money to reliable programs to provide aide for the favela, and businesses could give some of profits to help a favela family; this could even be an all year program, for the citizens of a favela can use aid every day.
