Ever sit all day at your desk to find yourself completely burnt out and not able to read the screen any more? What if there was an internal timer on your computer so that every 2 or 3 hours it went off and made you get up and step away from your computer for 5 minutes so that you could walk around, stretch, and maybe even have a conversation. Ideally it would make the current file you are using unaccessible so that you are actually forced to step away. Perhaps it has an override feature, incase it went off at a time when you only have 5 minutes until you have to submit the file for a deadline :)
